All request must include any examples, documentation, etc., due to family issues or injury.
If your are injured you must product all information and phots (subject to 50%).

30 Day Full Refund Policy – Full Refund Only
Refunds are only accepted within 30 days of the date of payment. All players must understand that all flights and hotels are paid in one pool. This process takes up to 90 days to return.

If you can't attend the event you signed up for and you have passed the 30 Day Refund Policy. You may transfer events. Just follow the sets above and request event switch.
Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
